Computer, select the best agents for this mission!
The Mobile Armored Podcast Show is a rewatch podcast of the 80’s cartoon series M.A.S.K. Hosts Adam Moore and PJ McNerney are hitting the rewind button and taking you on a wild ride back to the era of neon, synthesizers, and cartoons that were blatant toy commercials—but oh, so unforgettable.
Remember the thrill of Matt Trakker's adventures and his crew of oddly skilled agents? Well, Adam and PJ sure do, and they're dissecting all 75 episodes with the perfect mix of fondness, bafflement, and a hefty dose of "Did they really just say that?!"
Listen along as we peel back the layers of this 80’s classic, pondering over the show's logic-defying moments and the peculiar decisions of its characters. From the bizarre case of Professor Stevens waking up in Matt Trakker's library to the absurdity of Alex Sector's animal care fiascos; from the physics-defying flights of a certain red Camaro to Matt Trakker’s questionable parenting and leadership strategies, Adam and PJ invite you to laugh, rethink, and maybe cringe a little as they uncover the curious charm of this 80’s gem.
Whether you're a die-hard fan or just another Child of the 80’s like us, tune in every Monday for a trip down memory lane with a twist. Buckle up for the Mobile Armored Podcast Show—it's going to be a hilariously bumpy ride through nostalgia and beyond. Catch you on the airwaves, M.A.S.K. fans!

Hello folks. This is PJ McNerney. Coming at ya. Sorry, Adam and I had a little problem at. Boulder hill this week. So we are taking a hiatus. From your favorite mobile armored podcast show. But don't worry, we'll be back next week and we might have some fun surprises. Coming for you. For this week, though, we wanted to give you. You a little bit of a drop and make sure you had words from. I'm someone who's definitely not Dan Carlin. Just to be sure. It's not. Dan Carlin. Case you're a fan of his show. And if you're not, you should. B. As well as. A latest release. From your favorite band in mind? Turn her in the. Contours, we hope you enjoy it. And we will all. Talk to you.
Media MAPS's video recording-3:Try to picture the following. You are enjoying your day. And all of a sudden your neighbor with a Winnebago. Explodes open to reveal that it's been a jet the entire time and it takes off. This is the world of mask. And when you consider the ramifications of. What it means where anyone around you could be wielding a radioactive substance in there. Cheaps. It starts to make you wonder whether you can trust anything at all. This is a situation we find ourselves in. When we consider what it's like to live in a world where paramilitary groups are going up. Uh, against at terrorist organization called venom. The vicious, evil network of mayhem. They kind of put it really right on the nose there. Don't they folks. They. Advertise that they are going to be up to. No. Good. And of course we need someone to stop them. But. I think we have to wonder to ourselves. Quiz custodian. who watches the Watchmen. We have mask the mobile Arbor strike commandos. Or command, depending upon how you like to read it either way it's spelled wrong. These. Folks, we don't know their identities. So that's the whole point. These folks go out to fight venom. To protect us. But. What do we know about them? Who controls them? Who are they answerable to? Are they part of our government? If so, then what are the line items in the budget? If they're not who's funding them. And. How are we as the common populous, supposed to consider? What we do. When mask no longer has an enemy to fight. What if one of us. Gets out of line. What if one of us Southern becomes a problem. Do we, at some point in time, end up in a ravine. It's these questions of authority and control. That frightened us. I mean at one hand, we've already got. Another terrorist organization, Cobra. Being fought against a very colorful arm of our military GI Joe. And then of course we have alien. Cyber giant vehicles that themselves. Hide amongst us. At what point do we stop becoming paranoid? And instead just becoming justifiably concerned, where are the checks and balances? Where do we, as the common people. Find ourselves. When there's no one left to turn to. No one. Who is answerable to the people. Now, just so you know, I am not Dan Carlin. I might sound like him. But. I think it's worthwhile to consider. In our own lives. Amidst the fun and colorful adventures. What we, as a people put our safety and security. In a loose band of unknown agents. Who have no affiliation as far as we can tell to the government. Or if it is it's hidden. Then how have we not fallen into vigilante justice? It makes you wonder. Maybe I should be putting a mask on. And seeing if my Camaro. Or more to the point. My Winnebago. Could fly in the sky as well.
Well, thank you so much for that. And now let's turn to our favorite band, Turners and the Condors for their latest hit single. Fly so high.
